Job Title: Unit HR Head

We are looking for a dedicated and results-driven Human Resources professional to take on the role of Unit HR Head at our organization. This individual will be responsible for partnering with unit leadership teams to implement human resource strategies that support business objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with unit leaders to develop and implement HR initiatives that drive business growth.
  • Foster a positive work environment through employee engagement programs and open communication channels.
  • Implement performance management systems, including goal setting, regular reviews, and feedback mechanisms, in collaboration with the corporate HR team.
  • Identify high-potential employees within the unit and provide opportunities for development and growth, working closely with the corporate HR team.
  • Work with the corporate HR team to ensure employee participation in individual development plans (IDPs) that enhance overall functional and behavioral competencies.
  • Drive recognition and reward programs to motivate high-performing employees.
  • Lead talent acquisition efforts for the unit, ensuring timely hiring of qualified candidates.
  • Develop strategies to attract and retain top talent.
  • Oversee the onboarding and integration process for new hires.
  • Identify training needs within the unit and collaborate with the corporate learning and development team to deliver targeted training programs.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree + Master's degree in Human Resources or related field.
  • A minimum of 10+ years of experience in HR Business Partnering roles.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Proven leadership skills with the ability to work effectively in a collaborative team environment.
