Regulatory Reporting Strategist Role

We're seeking a highly experienced regulatory reporting strategist to develop and implement effective reporting strategies, ensuring accuracy and compliance with regulatory requirements across the organization.

The ideal candidate will work closely with various teams to improve reporting efficiency, drive initiatives to optimize liquidity and risk-weighted assets, and build relationships to enhance collaboration across Change, Technology, and Business teams.

This is a senior-level position requiring a strong functional understanding of Basel framework, including Basel II, III, and IV, as well as proficiency in analytics to drive deep understanding of liquidity metrics. The successful candidate will also possess excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills to collaborate effectively with senior stakeholders across Finance, Risk, Treasury, and Business.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with various teams to resolve liquidity issues and transition changes into business-as-usual efficiently.
  • Build relationships to improve collaboration across Change, Technology, and Business teams to implement changes into liquidity CoE.
  • Articulate liquidity metrics and drive discussion with senior stakeholders across Finance, Risk, Treasury, and Business to meet requirements.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • MBA, Fin, or Masters in Finance, Accountancy, Economics, or affiliated subjects.
  • Undergraduate degree in Science, Engineering, Commerce, or Chartered Accountants.
  • Minimum of 14 years of liquidity regulatory reporting experience.
