Product Designer Job Description

We are hiring two Product Designers to join our creative team and build progressive ideas using design. Our goal is to create a design centre that serves the digital design needs of India's most path-breaking companies.

The ideal candidate should be:

  • Strong in communication – written and verbal, with clear articulation.
  • Comfortable being client-facing and presenting work.
  • Curious and quick to learn, with the ability to pick up new tools and adapt.
  • AI-literate, familiar with design tools and workflows that incorporate AI.
  • Confident in their craft, with knowledge of their tools and no fear of experimentation.
  • Experienced in building real products or websites, not just portfolios.
  • Proficient in building design systems from scratch for digital products.
  • Passionate about functional, usable, and experiential digital products.
  • Skilled in wireframing and having a great eye for UI.
  • Interested in solving complex product design challenges for Indian users.

Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Contributing to the product design function and helping shape the strategic roadmap.
  • Overseeing and ensuring quality design output on an ongoing basis.
  • Mentoring the team and learning with them to enhance UI/UX design sensibilities.
  • Working on UI-UX design, re-design, brand thinking, business thinking, and design thinking.
  • Collaborating with PMs, developers, writers, and researchers.
  • Working on internal product ideas and new tools.
