Job Description

We are seeking an experienced application project manager to lead our large-scale, complex application development, implementation, and upgrade projects.

The successful candidate will be responsible for developing project roadmaps, coordinating cross-functional teams, and ensuring projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget while maintaining the highest level of quality.

  • Develop project roadmaps and work closely with business stakeholders to define and refine project scope, goals, and deliverables that support business objectives.
  • Coordinate cross-functional teams, including software developers, designers, QA engineers, business analysts, and external vendors.

The successful candidate will also be required to:

  • Ensure projects are delivered efficiently and effectively using Agile, Scrum, or Waterfall methodologies.
  • Identify and mitigate risks by managing project issues and resolving bottlenecks.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • 5+ years of experience managing large-scale application development and deployment projects.
  • Extensive knowledge of software development lifecycle (SDLC), Agile, Scrum, Waterfall methodologies, and project management best practices.

Functional Skills

  • Excellent troubleshooting and communication skills
  • Able to work well in a team setting
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
