Senior Application Specialist Role

This is a highly experienced leadership position where you will oversee the successful delivery of SAP PS applications, collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment with organizational goals.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Act as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) in SAP Project System (PS).
  • Lead and manage a team, ensuring accountability for decisions and outcomes.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders and contribute to key organizational decisions.
  • Provide effective solutions to complex problems within the immediate team and across multiple teams.
  • Facilitate training and skill development opportunities for team members.
  • Oversee and monitor project progress, making necessary adjustments to ensure timely and high-quality delivery.
Must-Have Skills:
  • Strong expertise in SAP Project System (PS) with a minimum of 7.5 years of hands-on experience.
  • In-depth understanding of project management methodologies and their application in SAP PS.
  • Proven experience in application design, build, and configuration.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to troubleshoot and resolve application issues effectively.
  • Knowledge of integration processes and tools related to SAP PS.
Good-to-Have Skills:
  • Exposure to SAP S/4HANA implementation or migration projects.
  • Experience in stakeholder management and client-facing roles.
  • Familiarity with other SAP modules and cross-functional integrations.
