Job Summary:

The role of an International Customer Support Executive at Recrudo Labs is a critical component of our global business operations. This position plays a key role in delivering exceptional customer service to our international client base, ensuring their satisfaction and loyalty.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide timely and effective support to customers via email, phone, and chat
  • Assist customers with product information, orders, shipments, and returns
  • Offer technical support and troubleshooting for product-related concerns
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer issues promptly
  • Meet service level agreements and performance metrics
  • Identify and escalate priority issues to management
  • Contribute to knowledge base and process improvement initiatives
  • Assist with language translations and cultural nuances for international customers
  • Participate in regular training and upskilling programs
  • Manage multiple tasks and prioritize workload effectively

Required Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Communication or a related field
  • Proven experience in international customer support or a related role
  • Fluency in English and at least one other major language
  • Strong cultural awareness and sensitivity
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays
  • Proficiency in using CRM software and other support tools
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
  • Ability to work well under pressure and in a fast-paced environment
  • Outstanding organizational and time management skills
