- Develop and implement data-driven solutions to improve program performance and identify areas for growth.
- Communicate effectively with stakeholders, including students, mentors, and team members, to ensure clear expectations and alignment.
Requirements
- Prior experience in EdTech program management, with a proven track record of solving operational challenges.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to adapt to diverse perspectives and priorities.
- Comfort with data analysis and reporting tools, with the ability to translate insights into actionable recommendations.
