Job Description

This role involves managing a sales team to achieve revenue targets, leading and motivating team members, providing accurate sales forecasts, identifying business opportunities, and executing promotional activities.

The successful candidate will be responsible for planning and visiting customers, arranging product samples, designing and recommending sales programs, and ensuring compliance with company policies.

The position also involves recruiting and retaining the right talent in the sales team, providing support and on-the-job training, mentoring and developing teams, and accurately reporting sales data in Salesforce.

A key objective of this position is to achieve sales targets, manage and lead the zone, provide accurate sales forecast, bring growth in the assigned zone, and identify prospective business opportunities for the company.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Bachelor's/master's degree in Science/Pharma or Master in Business Administration (preferably)
  • 1-2 years of handling Ophthalmic & Vision care products with a proven track record of sales performance
  • Experience in the Sales of Capital Equipment, Consumables & Diagnostics in Institute & Government Business
  • Knowledge of Advanced Technologies IOLs & Equipment
  • Reporting & Analytical tools like Salesforce/SAP
  • Excellent command in MS Office (particularly Excel and MS Word)
