Technical Product Owner Role

This role involves overseeing the development and management of a company's digital hub that serves healthcare professionals. The successful candidate will work closely with the development team to ensure that products are technically sound, meet business requirements, and are delivered on time.

Key responsibilities include defining and communicating product vision and strategy to stakeholders, working closely with the development team to create and prioritize product backlog items, ensuring that all product requirements are clearly defined and documented, collaborating with UX designers to create user stories and wireframes, conducting market research and analysis to identify customer needs and market trends in the healthcare industry, and working with cross-functional teams to ensure that products meet technical and business requirements for healthcare marketing technology products.

The ideal candidate will have a bachelor's degree in a technical field such as computer science or engineering, 5+ years of experience as a Product Owner or similar role in a technology company, strong technical background with experience in software development processes, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, strong analytical and problem-solving skills, experience in Agile development methodology and tools such as JIRA, and experience in healthcare marketing technology products is a must.

Strong technical expertise is required in areas such as CMS tools, data lake, and dashboard visualization tools like Tableau, Power BI, web analytics, SEO, mobile apps development, and maintaining superior technical expertise in these areas. Additionally, the candidate should be able to effectively use MS Teams, A Point, Project, Jira, Visio, Power Point, Confluence, Mural for communication and managing resources.

The ideal candidate should also be comfortable with rapid change and diverse opinions, have ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, be enthusiastic with strong relationship management skills, and have an objective-oriented focus.
