Digital Product Lead

We are seeking an experienced UX Designer to join our rapidly growing team. As a UX Designer, you will be responsible for designing and developing user interfaces for responsive internal and mobile banking websites, native mobile banking application, financial mobile & tablet apps and web applications.

• Designing and developing user interfaces for responsive internal and mobile banking websites, native mobile banking application, financial mobile & tablet apps and web applications.
• Collaborating with cross-functional teams throughout the design process.
• Participating in the development process from definition, through design, build, test, release, and maintenance.
• Breaking any design problem down into viable actionable chunks and solve them with clarity and precision.
• Staying in the loop and on top of the latest standards, changes, trends in the mobile design field.
• Creating graphic design assets such as website banners, event and exhibition booth backwall designs, marketing brochures, and other corporate branding materials.

What we are looking for:

• 5+ years of relevant work experience
• Bachelors Degree in IT, Computer Science
• Banking experience is preferable
• Experience in designing web/mobile applications
• Experience with User Experience design, journey mapping, prototyping, UX copywriting, information architecture, Digital Transformation & Design System
• Experience working in an Agile, Scrum environment
• Deep understanding of Apples human interface design guidelines, Android design and other mobile platform designs, including Googles material design, and mobile-first concept
• Expert level skills in Figma, Adobe Experience Designer, Adobe Creative Suite, Balsamiq, Visual Studio, PowerPoint, Firefox/Chrome Developer Tools and other relevant design tools
• Experience in HTML5, CSS3, Bootstrap and AngularJS.
• Strong graphic design skills for creating marketing and branding collateral (banners, booths, brochures, social media assets) in addition to digital product design.
• Excellent understanding of technology trends, demonstrable design skills, and the ability to show relevant work
• Excellent communication and analytical skills.
