About the Role

The Lead Salesforce Innovator will play a crucial role in developing and executing a comprehensive Salesforce strategy that aligns with our business goals and objectives. You will be responsible for overseeing the implementation of Salesforce solutions, ensuring seamless integration with our existing systems, and providing thought leadership on Salesforce best practices.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Develop and execute a comprehensive Salesforce strategy that aligns with our business goals and objectives.
  2. Oversee the implementation of Salesforce solutions, ensuring seamless integration with our existing systems.
  3. Provide thought leadership on Salesforce best practices and stay up-to-date with the latest Salesforce technologies and trends.
  4. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful project delivery and adoption.
  5. Analyze business requirements and develop scalable solutions that meet our business needs.
  6. Leverage data analytics to identify opportunities for process improvement and drive business growth.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree from a Tier 1 institution (B.Tech/MBA preferred).
  • 5+ years of experience in program management, with a focus on Salesforce and AI projects.
  • Salesforce Admin Certified (preferred), with hands-on expertise in implementing and managing Salesforce solutions.
  • Proven success in delivering AI-powered projects that drive measurable impact.
  • Exceptional project management skills able to plan, prioritize, and execute complex initiatives.
  • Strong technical acumen to translate business requirements into scalable solutions.
  • Outstanding leadership and communication skills to rally teams and stakeholders around your vision.
  • Passion for innovation and the ability to think creatively to solve challenging problems.
