**About This Role**

As the Salesforce Solution Architect of the Salesforce Division under the Central Operations Department, you will own the integrity and strength of the solutions recommended. You'll be acting as a trusted advisor to our team, and an effective mentor for other Salesforce professionals working alongside you. You will need a deep understanding of the Salesforce platform but just as importantly, top-notch people skills to get your ideas and solutions across to stakeholders and gain buy-in to get your visions built into successful solutions.

**What You Will Be Doing**:
On a day-day-basis:

- Work hand-in-hand with the Salesforce Lead to groom and refine the Salesforce product backlog, in liaison with stakeholders on the project
- Work hand-in-hand with the Salesforce Lead to prioritise and assign tasks to members of the team in sprint cycles
- Communicate with stakeholders and manage their expectations with regard to progress of projects. You will also be collaborate directly with them on projects
- Direct and execute on the How to the Whats and Whys of projects that have been planned and tasks that you own
- Act as a release manager, approving configuration and coded items to be deployed between environments
- Administer CRM platform (Salesforce) by managing user setup, roles and profiles, record types, fields, page layouts, flows, dashboards, reports, and validations

Activities outside day-to-day:

- Work hand-in-hand with the Salesforce Lead to build a Salesforce strategy and roadmap that aligns with the business' strategic plans
- Conduct research into clients' use of Salesforce, producing a report of findings with recommended steps and a roadmap for Salesforce solutions
- Coach and mentor junior members of the team, to support them in achieving personal and professional development that aligns with company needs
- Ensure documentation of key implementations and enhancements

**About You**

Required
- At least 5 years' experience in a leading role in delivering Salesforce projects
- Minimum Salesforce certified:

- Administrator
- Sales Cloud Consultant
- Service Cloud Consultant
- Platform App Builder
- Platform Developer 1
- Ability to manage data going in and out of Salesforce, both to and from integrated systems
- Experience developing governance strategies to mitigate risk
- Strong business acumen
- A self-starter, experienced in leading projects or delivery work streams
- Ability to work closely with various stakeholders in identifying key pain points and translating them into Business Requirements
- Outstanding English written and verbal communication skills
- Excellent ability to coach, motivate, and direct work tasks to a multi-discplinary team of Salesforce professionals

- Platform Developer
- Data Architect
- Sharing and Visibility Architect
- Other Architecture certifications
- Prior B2B sales or marketing experience
- Experience working in Edutech industry
- Bachelor's / Postgraduate degree or professional qualification in Business, Computer Science, Marketing, Finance or a similar field of study
