Job Title:

Salesforce Platform Lead is a key role in guiding the development team and driving successful project delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Technical Leadership: Provide expert guidance to the development team on Salesforce solutions design and implementation.
  • Custom Development: Develop and implement custom solutions using Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and other Salesforce technologies.
  • Platform Configuration: Configure and customize Salesforce platform features including custom objects, fields, workflows, process builder, validation rules, and approval processes.
  • Integration: Design and implement integrations between Salesforce and other systems using REST/SOAP APIs, middleware, and third-party tools.
  • Governance and Best Practices: Establish and enforce Salesforce development best practices, coding standards, and governance processes.
  • Collaboration: Collaborate with cross-functional teams including business stakeholders, architects, project managers, and other developers.
  • Documentation: Create and maintain technical documentation.
  • Training and Mentoring: Provide guidance, training, and mentoring to junior developers.
Requirements:
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
  • Certifications: Salesforce Platform Developer certifications required.
  • Experience: Minimum 6 years of experience as a Salesforce developer.
  • Technical Skills: Strong proficiency in Salesforce development technologies including Apex, Visualforce, LWC, SOQL, SOSL, Sales Cloud, and Service Cloud.
  • Soft Skills: Excellent problem-solving skills, strong communication and interpersonal skills, and proven ability to lead and mentor junior developers.
