About the Role

A global enterprise cloud solutions provider is seeking a Salesforce Architect to lead the design and implementation of scalable, secure, and high-performance Salesforce solutions. The ideal candidate will drive architecture strategy while aligning with key business objectives, collaborating with cross-functional teams and ensuring technical excellence throughout the Salesforce ecosystem.

Key Responsibilities

Architect and design secure, scalable Salesforce solutions aligned with business and technical requirements.

Define data models, object relationships, and system integrations with external platforms.

Provide technical leadership and architectural direction to Salesforce teams.

Oversee development using Apex, LWC, Flows, and APIs.

Lead platform integrations with REST/SOAP APIs, MuleSoft, and event-driven architectures.

Drive compliance, governance, and performance optimization across Salesforce instances.

Job Requirements

Bachelors/Masters degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.

10+ years of experience in Salesforce development, architecture, and administration.

Expertise in Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, and the Salesforce Platform.

Proficiency in Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), SOQL/SOSL, Flows, and integration best practices.

Experience with CI/CD pipelines, DevOps tools, and Agile environments.

Strong knowledge of data modeling, security, and compliance within Salesforce.

Nice to Have

Salesforce Architect Certifications (Technical, System, or Application Architect).

Experience with Marketing Cloud, CPQ, Field Service, or Einstein AI.

Familiarity with cloud platform integrations: AWS, Azure, or GCP.

Experience in leading enterprise-scale Salesforce transformations.

Secondary Skills:
