We are seeking a Senior Salesforce Technical Architect with 9+ years of Salesforce experience, including at least 2+ projects as an Architect on large, end-to-end implementations. The ideal candidate will have deep technical knowledge of the Salesforce platform, hands-on experience in customization and integrations, and a strong architectural vision to lead complex Salesforce projects.

Mandatory Qualifications:

Graduate Degree (Mandatory)

Minimum 9+ years of relevant experience in Salesforce

Minimum 2+ projects in the Architect role, leading large, multi-team implementations

Key Responsibilities:

Architecture Design: Prepare and present architecture design to clients, lead design reviews

Solution Development: Build scalable solutions on using Apex, LWC, Aura, Communities

Compliance & Security: Ensure adherence to Salesforce and client-specific security requirements

Integration: Lead complex integrations with external systems using Salesforce APIs

Technical Expertise:

Proficient in Lightning Experience, Apex, LWC, and Salesforce Communities

Strong experience in Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Experience Cloud

Familiar with Salesforce API integrations, data modeling, SOQL, and security configurations

Experience in CI/CD, release management, and version control tools

Good understanding of UI/UX, performance tuning, and troubleshooting complex systems

Project Delivery:

Deliver end-to-end Salesforce solutions across multiple domains

Manage customization, configuration, and data migration

Implement Salesforce out-of-the-box features and community setups

Align with Agile methodologies and lead multi-disciplinary teams

Preferred Certifications:

Salesforce Certified Platform Developer II

Salesforce Certified Application Architect

Salesforce Certified System Architect

Client-Facing Skills:

Strong communication and client engagement skills

Build trust and long-term relationships with stakeholders

Recommend best practices and enhancements to boost productivity
