Job Overview

The Entrepreneur in Residence (EIR) will play a pivotal role in driving innovation, growth, and strategic direction within our organization. This individual will collaborate closely with our executive team and key stakeholders to explore new opportunities, identify growth strategies, and enhance operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities
  • Business Strategy & Growth: Identify and develop new revenue streams, partnerships, and market opportunities to drive company growth and profitability.
  • Leadership & Decision Making: Provide visionary leadership that inspires teams across all departments, fostering a culture of innovation and entrepreneurship.
  • Stakeholder Engagement: Act as the primary point of contact for key stakeholders, ensuring the company's interests are represented and pursued effectively.
  • Project Management: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to successfully deliver outcomes, driving the research and development of new products or services.
  • Innovation & Product Development: Evaluate market trends and customer feedback to inform product enhancements and new launches.
