Job Title: Client Coordinator

We are seeking a highly organized and proactive professional to serve as a key member of our Project Department.

  • About the Role:

The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, be detail-oriented and able to work effectively in a team environment.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist in planning, organizing, and executing project tasks, ensuring timely completion of deliverables.
  • Support project documentation, reporting, and tracking to ensure seamless project execution.
  • Coordinate with internal teams to facilitate effective collaboration and achieve project goals.
  • Participate in project meetings and take minutes to maintain accurate records.
  • Help identify and resolve project-related issues in a prompt and efficient manner.
  • Maintain project files and records in an organized and easily accessible manner.
  • Requirements:
  • Education: Graduate in any discipline, with a focus on business or project management.
  • Experience: 0 to 6 months (Freshers are welcome), with a strong desire to learn and grow in a dynamic environment.
  • Language: Fluent in English (spoken and written).
  • Skills: Strong communication and interpersonal abilities, basic understanding of project workflows, proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), ability to multitask and manage time effectively, eagerness to learn and contribute to team success.
