Ambassador Role

The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills, ensuring prompt responses to queries and employee concerns. They should also be organized, maintaining accurate records and coordinating office events and guest handling. In addition, they must support staff training and development, including TPV staff onboarding and fire safety training.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Operational Excellence: Review and propose improvements to procedures to drive continuous improvement.
  • Cost Efficiency: Identify areas of inefficiency and implement strategies to reduce costs through regular reviews of existing operations.
  • Purchase Order Management: Create and manage POs to enable smooth purchasing operations.
  • Vendor Relationship Management: Implement an efficient vendor management system to streamline operations.
  • Invoice Processing: Process all vendor invoices in a timely manner.

Additional Duties:
  • Monthly Financial Reporting: Support the timely closure of accruals and variance reports.
  • SOP Compliance: Ensure procedures are followed on-site with diligent tracking and closure of open operational items.
  • Auditing: Conduct regular and surprise audits to ensure adherence to procedures.
  • Contract Management: Manage contracts effectively, ensuring cost-effectiveness and timely renewal.
  • Health & Safety: Prioritize a safe working environment and ensure full compliance with statutory regulations.

Requirements:
  • Strong Communication Skills: Ensure quick response times to emails and employee concerns.
