Facilities Management Program Manager Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Facilities Management Program Manager to lead our team in delivering exceptional services.

The successful candidate will be responsible for the overall management of emergency response plans and programs, ensuring compliance with Environmental, Health and Safety (EHS) framework, policies, and procedures across multiple sites.

  • Program manage and coordinate fire and emergency drills, including coordination with landlords and business teams.
  • Coordinate and implement emergency preparedness training programs, such as safety ambassador and evacuation training.
  • Develop and review site EHS and fire assessments, guiding clients through the process documentation for the site emergency manual.
  • Understand and align JLL HSSE deliverables with client HSSE frameworks, policies, and procedures.
  • Implement and monitor documentations related to statutory requirements in alignment with client processes and requirements.
  • Lead and coordinate various internal quality and compliance audits and reviews.

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented individual who can work effectively in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks to meet deadlines.

The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients, colleagues, and stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Work in partnership with the client HSSE team to create and deliver emergency response plans and standard operating procedures.
  • Lead all emergency-related activities, including training operations and monitoring contractor activities.
  • Develop and monitor the training calendar and facilitate safety ambassador and other site-specific trainings.
  • Validate emergency evacuation drawings on the floor.
  • Communicate drill schedules with business leaders and building occupants.
