Job Description
  • Create and deliver strategic forecasting solutions to internal customers.
  • Support data-driven decision making by providing qualitative and quantitative analytics.
  • Drive the design and enhancement of existing services, processes, and deliverables (quality, productivity, value).
  • Closely interface with customers to understand and convert business requirements into solutions.
  • Provide appropriate documentation and communication throughout the delivery of services.
  • Support in creating and maintaining knowledge repositories, SOPs, quality checklists.
  • Participate, lead, and design various knowledge sharing sessions, training sessions.
  • Build and support functional and organizational business objectives and strategy.
  • Comply with all operating procedures as per legal, IT, and HR requirements.

Requirements
  • Advanced Excel, PowerPoint is a must.
  • Business Intelligence Tools/ VBA/ Python/ R/ JS are good to have.
  • Basic knowledge of statistics and its use in forecasting is required.
Functional Expectations
  • Conduct bottom-up forecasts using internal data, IQVIA, and/or local databases for Region Europe countries. Implement forecast accuracy KPIs to track forecast changes.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather data, validate inputs, and ensure forecast accuracy and consistency.
  • Support multiple markets including Region, Clusters, and/or Countries in forecast creation/review, portfolio analysis, and portfolio databases maintenance.
  • Integrate information from different internal and external data sources available and support on the maintenance of portfolio databases.
  • Experience in Epi-based forecasting for Inline, Pipeline, and BD&L Products/Brands and Trend-Based Forecasting is required. Deeper understanding of disease and Therapy Area and its application to forecast is essential.
  • Experience in managing data, analyzing trends, and utilizing quantitative analytic techniques to generate insights and refine forecast catalogues is necessary.
  • Application of EU Market Access, Healthcare, and Price & Reimbursement policies for forecast development is required.
  • Deep understanding of Secondary Research to support and validate assumptions made in the forecast development Expertise in handling datasets - IQVIA, Evaluate, IPD, DRG, etc. is needed.
  • Effective forecast storyboarding, capturing key insights backed by relevant data is essential.
  • Utilize Data and Quantitative Analytics, conduct Business Analysis, and perform Analog Analysis to drive forecast accuracy.
  • Supporting team in proposal writing and managing complex business problems Train/Mentor/Guide junior members in the team.

  • Strong verbal and written communication, presentations skills, storyboarding is necessary.
  • Ability to grasp functional processes and tailor solutions accordingly is essential.
  • Effective in project management and stakeholder management.
  • Successful in leading small engagements.
  • Experience of working in matrix environment and multicultural teams is required.
