Key Role Description:

We seek a skilled and passionate professional to join our team in West Bengal. As an Associate/Senior Associate, you will work closely with project teams to develop and execute campaign strategies for political parties.

Your key responsibilities will include planning and managing end-to-end campaign execution, coordinating with campaign teams, and engaging with stakeholders at various levels.

You will also provide insights to internal stakeholders on campaign progress and effectiveness through continuous reporting and analysis.

The role requires excellent problem-solving, team leadership, client leadership, thought leadership, and communication skills. You must be able to thrive in a fast-paced, demanding work environment.

Responsibilities Include:

  • Contributing ideas and strategies towards the roll-out of campaign initiatives
  • Project-managing campaign initiatives end-to-end
  • Undertaking research and presenting findings towards formulating on-ground initiatives
  • Possessing high-quality problem-solving, analytical skills, and proposing practical solutions for issues
  • Having a strong bias for action and ability to deal with ambiguity

Required Qualifications and Experience:

  • Minimum degree from a Tier 1 / Tier 2 academic institutions
  • 0-3 years of experience in Political consulting or similar experience is an added advantage
  • Willingness to work, stay, and travel in West Bengal
  • Context and understanding of West Bengal's culture, geography, and political landscape will be a plus
  • Proficiency in written and spoken Bengali

Additional Details:

This is a contractual role till April 2026 and extendable on performance basis.
