- Create a campaign strategy that will help build an engaged community of talents and be responsible for bringing it to life.
- Manage, and execute various engagement programs. Planning, organizing, and managing virtual/in-person events, including catch-up sessions, learning & development sessions, fun activities, monthly meetups, local meet-ups, and workations.
- Liaising with the cross-functional teams to create and coordinate marketing strategies that work across different channels
- Monitor campaigns from conception to execution and measure the campaign's success.
- Analyze the end of campaign performance, coming back to the campaign objectives and business goals, and identifying successes and areas for improvement.
- Continuously assess and report on the results of campaigns and implement improvements where necessary.
- Responsible for maintaining a high participation level within the community.
- Preferred prior experience working in Discord.
