Job Title: Senior Creative Strategist

Job Description:

As a senior creative strategist, you will be responsible for overseeing and executing multiple brand campaigns across various industries. This includes campaign development, scriptwriting, and copywriting.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Work with the new business team to develop innovative ideas and pitches for clients.
  • Present comprehensive creative plans to clients and stakeholders.
  • Ensure creative work meets award-winning standards and submit for recognition.
  • Collaborate with the integrated solutions team on daily tasks and projects.
  • Provide visual direction to graphic designers and teams.
  • Understand and break down complex briefs to junior creatives.
  • Work on revisions based on internal or external feedback.
  • Present throughout the production process from idea to final product.
Requirements:
  • Strong creative thinking and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to develop value-added strategies and presentations.
  • Knowledge of industry trends and competitor offerings.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills.
  • Ability to manage junior creative resources.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Adobe Creative Suite.
  • Understanding of target audience and ability to create appealing content.

Skills include knowledge of moment marketing campaigns and ability to propose topical content and campaigns proactively based on trending conversations relevant to the target audience.
