Job Title: Fuel System Engineer

We are seeking an experienced professional with expertise in design, development, and integration of fuel system components in hybrid/electric vehicle programs. This role requires a strong technical background and hands-on experience with engineering tools and delivery systems.

The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, supplier management experience, and the ability to work collaboratively as part of a team. Key responsibilities include designing, developing, and validating fuel system components (pipes, tanks, pumps, valves, etc.).

  • Design and develop fuel system components in accordance with industry standards and regulations.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including CAD engineers, lead engineers, SMEs, and suppliers for design releases and issue resolution.
  • Ensure vehicle installation feasibility and compliance with powertrain functionality.
  • Manage suppliers for timely delivery, quality compliance, and technical support.
  • Work with program delivery systems (PCDS, eAPQP, EBER) for robust program execution.
  • Utilize 3DX tools for design, validation, and release.
  • Prepare and present technical documents/reports to stakeholders.

Key Requirements:

  • 6–9 years of experience in fuel system component design/development.
  • Strong knowledge of vehicle installation and powertrain requirements.
  • Experience in supplier management and cross-functional communication.
  • Familiarity with PCDS, eAPQP, and EBER delivery systems.
  • Hands-on experience with 3DX CAD tools.
  • Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
