Job Title:

We are seeking an experienced and highly skilled Synthetic Monitoring Engineer. In this role, you will be responsible for designing and implementing secure, resilient, and scalable synthetic monitoring platforms across hybrid and multi-cloud environments.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Platform Leadership: Develop architectural designs for efficient monitoring solutions.
  • Dynatrace Adoption: Drive the implementation of Dynatrace APM tooling and standardize instrumentation and deployment models.
  • Telemetry Integration: Integrate telemetry data from cloud, hybrid, and edge sources to deliver unified insights.
  • Emerging Solutions: Evaluate emerging technologies and develop custom synthetic monitoring solutions where needed.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate with application teams to embed synthetic monitoring into new service architectures.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • 5–7 years of hands-on experience with Dynatrace and Synthetic Monitoring.
  • Strong expertise in AWS (EC2, EKS, Lambda).
  • Proven experience in designing and implementing observability solutions across cloud and hybrid environments.
  • Familiarity with other monitoring/observability tools (Catchpoint, Prometheus, Grafana) is a plus.
  • Excellent problem-solving, cross-functional collaboration, and communication skills.
