Job Overview:
The successful candidate will design and implement data intelligence platforms that integrate structured and unstructured data sources, leveraging Generative AI models for text generation, synthetic data creation, and content automation.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and develop scalable data pipelines and feature stores to support large-scale AI applications.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deploy AI solutions into production environments, ensuring compliance with data governance and ethical standards.
- Develop and fine-tune Generative AI models (LLMs, GANs, Diffusion Models) for tasks such as text generation and synthetic data creation.
- Apply prompt engineering techniques to optimize LLM performance for business use cases.
- Conduct experiments and A/B testing to evaluate model performance and business impact.
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, AI, or related field.
- 3-5 years of experience in data science, machine learning, or AI engineering.
- Hands-on experience with LLMs (e.g., GPT, Claude, LLaMA) and frameworks like Hugging Face, LangChain, or OpenAI APIs.
- Proficiency in Python, SQL, and cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP).
- Strong understanding of data modeling, ETL processes, and MLOps.
Preferred Skills:
- Experience with knowledge graphs, semantic search, or data fabric architectures.
- Familiarity with AutoML, RLHF, or multi-modal AI.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
