About the Position

As a seasoned recruiter, you will be instrumental in finding top talent to drive company growth and help individuals find promising careers. The ideal candidate will have prior experience in recruitment or talent acquisition, with knowledge of screening, interviewing, and hiring practices.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop strategic relationships with business stakeholders, leadership teams, and key contacts across various functions.
  • Gain a deep understanding of assigned businesses to anticipate future recruitment needs.
  • Ensure seamless communication with hiring managers and senior business stakeholders, providing consultative recruitment services through data-driven insights and accurate reporting.
  • Serve as a trusted advisor for recruitment-related queries, sourcing, or strategy issues.
  • Analyze and communicate recruitment trends, results, and insights to inform future recruitment strategies and improve compliance.

Requirements:

  • 8+ Years of experience in search / RPO firms or strong potential candidates who possess excellent communication skills and enthusiasm to grow in the RPO industry.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong background in hiring for manufacturing, sales & marketing, corporate roles preferably in industries such as steel, mining, chemicals, agrochemicals, fertilizers, pharmaceuticals, petrochemicals, and FMCG.
  • Expertise in utilizing professional networks and job portals effectively.
  • Headhunting skills with the ability to attract and engage top talent.
