- Primary Responsibilities:

- Prepare informative Management Information System (MIS) reports to support well-informed decision-making.
- Ensure seamless workflow by coordinating with internal teams and maintaining databases.
- Manage correspondence through timely emails and phone calls.
- Assist in preparing quotations, invoices, and basic financial documents.
- Uphold confidentiality and accuracy in handling sensitive company information.
- Graduate degree in Commerce or Business Administration from a recognized institution.
- Minimum 1-3 years of experience in back-office administration, data management, or a related field.
- Proficiency in MS Office applications, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, organizational ability, and time management skills.
- Able to work independently as well as in a collaborative team environment.
