Our company is seeking a highly skilled n8n developer to create a sophisticated, AI-driven sales and lead generation workflow.

The goal of this project is to automate the process from initial company identification to personalized email outreach, creating a powerful engine for our sales team's success.

We have a detailed workflow design in place and need an experienced n8n developer to build, test, and deploy it.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop the end-to-end workflow in n8n as described above, ensuring reliability and scalability.
  • Integrate various third-party services via API, including Google Sheets, OpenAI, Apollo.io, and potentially web scraping services (e.g., Phantombuster).
  • Implement robust error handling and logging within the n8n workflow.
  • Craft necessary expressions and light code (if needed in the Function node) to correctly parse and map data between nodes.
  • Collaborate with our team to refine prompts for the AI nodes to ensure high-quality, personalized outputs.
  • Provide clear documentation on the workflow's setup and maintenance.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

To succeed in this role, you will need to possess the following skills and qualifications:

  • Expertise in n8n: Demonstrable experience building complex, multi-step workflows in n8n is essential. Please provide examples of past projects.
  • API Integration: Strong proficiency with REST APIs, handling JSON payloads, and managing authentication (OAuth2, API Keys, Header Auth).
  • AI Integration: Experience integrating LLMs like GPT-4 (or similar) into automated workflows.
  • Web Scraping & Enrichment: Familiarity with the concepts and tools for web scraping and data enrichment.
  • Problem-Solving: Ability to debug complex automation issues and think critically to find solutions.
