Job Overview:

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Develop and implement quality strategies, driving continuous improvement across engineering and quotation domains.
  2. Lead as Quality Champion, analyzing data to identify initiatives and drive audits for the team.
  3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to facilitate lean-based improvements and community of practice initiatives.
  4. Contribute to digital transformation projects, including tools like Titan and Central Scheduling.
Role Requirements:
  1. Identify and address constraints in project execution processes, working closely with global teams.
  2. Standardize and align engineering and quotation practices across business lines, enhancing customer experience.
  3. Develop training plans based on needs assessment and participate in tool/process evolution.
  4. Maintain strong stakeholder engagement and drive operational excellence through lean methodologies.
