Senior Engineering Leader

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Engineering Manager to lead our engineering team.
This pivotal role involves establishing a multi-function engineering and DevOps team, requiring strong leadership skills to manage challenges and issues effectively.
The ideal candidate will have experience as a software engineer and technical leader, with a proven track record of delivering large-scale projects.
Key Responsibilities- Own the engineering function and drive product excellence
- Ensure technology delights users, improves quality, and reduces costs associated with support and maintenance
- Foster a culture of innovation and collaboration among team members
- A minimum of 15+ years overall experience in software engineering
- An engineering graduate degree with a computer science or information technology background
- Proficiency in Node.js and C# (.NET Core)
- Experience working with containers (Docker, Kubernetes), CI/CD pipelines, and cloud architecture principles
