Senior Engineering Leader

We are seeking an experienced engineering leader to drive the success of our DevOps team.

  • This role is ideal for a seasoned professional with a proven track record of leading high-performing teams and driving technical excellence.
  • The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and executing strategies to improve the efficiency, scalability, and reliability of our systems.

About the Role:

  • This is a leadership position that requires strong technical expertise, excellent communication skills, and the ability to inspire and motivate a team of engineers.
  • The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of DevOps practices, including continuous integration, continuous deployment, and containerization.
  • Experience with cloud-based infrastructure, such as AWS or Azure, is highly desirable.
  • The successful candidate will work closely with cross-functional teams, including product management, sales, and customer success, to ensure seamless delivery of projects.
  • A bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical discipline is required; a master's degree is preferred.
  • A minimum of 8 years of experience in software development, system operations, or a related field, with at least 2 years in a leadership role.
  • Strong problem-solving skills, excellent written and verbal communication skills, and the ability to function well in a fast-paced environment.
