Key Leadership Position

As a senior manager, you will spearhead the organization's IT procurement strategy to ensure strategic sourcing, vendor relationship management, compliance, and timely delivery of IT solutions to drive business growth and digital transformation.

Core Responsibilities:
  • Strategic Procurement Management: Develop, implement, and maintain an effective IT procurement strategy aligned with organizational objectives.
  • Global Vendor Integration: Provide procurement support for overseas operations to leverage brand equity, manage vendor relationships, close outstanding purchase orders/requisitions, reconcile vendor accounts, settle advances, and review payments quarterly.
  • Vendor Contract Governance: Identify, evaluate, and onboard IT vendors and service providers, foster strong vendor relationships, conduct performance reviews, and ensure contract compliance with service level agreements.
  • Compliance and Risk Management: Ensure procurement processes comply with company policies, regulatory requirements, and statutory guidelines.
