Job Description:

We are seeking a skilled Adobe Target developer to enhance our team's digital marketing capabilities. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with the Adobe Target platform and a strong understanding of digital marketing principles.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Leverage the Adobe Target Platform to deliver and improve the end customer experience across digital channels.
  • Develop reports and dashboards to meet clients' needs in Adobe Analytics and Target.
  • Advise on testing protocols and practices to ensure testing needs are met.
  • Experience in creating experience activities, A/B testing, multivariate testing & experimentation testing.
  • Experience in recommendations activities & automated personalization.
  • Integration of Target with sites and analytics tools.
  • Debug, troubleshoot, and fix configuration and integration issues.
  • Good communication & interpersonal skills.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 4-9 years of hands-on consulting and implementation experience with Adobe Target.
  • Thorough working knowledge of Adobe Experience Cloud solution and framework.
  • Technical expertise on Adobe Target with hands-on use cases implementing experience.
  • JavaScript, HTML, CSS knowledge required.
  • Good to have understanding/exposure to cross-product integration (i.e. Target – Campaign, Target – AAM etc..).
  • Good to have experience in solution design, RFP, and client interactions.
  • Nice to have data visualization experience: workspace, report builder, PowerBI, Tableau, Optimizely experience & Google Analytics.
