Marketing Visual Specialist

We are seeking an accomplished Marketing Visual Specialist to create captivating visual experiences across digital, print, and event platforms. As a key member of our design team, you will play a vital role in shaping our brand identity and maintaining design consistency across all marketing channels.

This role offers the flexibility to work remotely or collaborate with our team at our Bangalore office.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and update landing pages, banners, and on-site creatives that drive engagement and conversions.
  • Create compelling social media posts, stories, and ad creatives that resonate with our target audience.
  • Develop visually appealing infographics, headers, and supporting visuals for articles that enhance user experience.
  • Design mobile-friendly email templates that captivate recipients and drive action.
  • Design event materials such as banners, booths, brochures, and merchandise that leave a lasting impression.
  • Build professional presentations that effectively communicate our message and vision.
  • Edit videos for campaigns and create basic animations to elevate digital content.
  • Ensure a cohesive visual language across all marketing channels, aligning with our brand strategy.

Requirements:

  • 2–5 years of experience in marketing design, creative agencies, or startups.
  • A strong portfolio showcasing digital, print, and motion design work that demonstrates your expertise.
  • Proficiency in Figma for day-to-day design work.
  • Experience with video editing and animation tools (e.g., After Effects, Premiere Pro, Final Cut, CapCut, Canva).
  • Awareness of digital marketing trends and platform-specific design best practices.
  • The ability to balance creativity with timelines and business needs.
  • Excellent communication skills and collaboration with cross-functional teams.

Nice to Have:

  • Webflow development skills for building and managing landing pages.
  • Familiarity with marketing automation tools (e.g., Mailchimp, HubSpot).
  • Basic knowledge of UI/UX and web design principles.
  • Understanding of SEO and content-driven design strategies.
