Job Overview:

We are seeking a highly skilled Digital Marketing Specialist to manage our Facebook Ads campaigns.

About the Role:

The successful candidate will be responsible for deploying and optimizing Facebook Ads campaigns, analyzing customer actions, planning A/B testing, and building a scientific campaign structure combining with the team's content and design for effective conversion.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Analyze data from Meta Ads Manager, GA4, Looker Studio or MMP (if available)
  • Monitor and analyze performance metrics such as ROAS, CPL, CPM, CTR, CVR
  • Expand budget based on performance
  • Plan and execute A/B testing (content, ads, audiences, placements…)

Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • 5 years of experience running Facebook Ads (> 20,000 USD/month or more)
  • Strong performance mindset, know how to test quickly - optimize deeply - expand with control
  • Components of Facebook Ads Manager, Business Manager, Event Manager, Pixel, CAPI, etc. and know analytics, understand attributes (last click, view, etc.)
