Job Overview

We are seeking a seasoned professional to assume a pivotal role in spearheading strategic initiatives and driving enterprise-wide growth.

  • Lead key enterprise-wide initiatives, encompassing business planning, change management, and stakeholder engagement.
  • Identify critical organizational issues and provide actionable insights and recommendations to drive informed decision-making.
  • Conceptualize, design, and execute strategic initiatives through collaborative efforts with various stakeholders.
  • Analyze market trends, simulate outcomes, and develop tailored plans to optimize performance.
  • Monitor key metrics and report on strategy effectiveness.
CXO Support:
  • Assist CXOs in facilitating interactions with internal and external stakeholders, fostering strong relationships and open communication.
  • Contribute to the development of go-to-market strategies, annual business plans, and identification of growth opportunities.
Strategic Initiative PMO:
  • Drive strategic initiatives, including project management office (PMO) functions for high-impact projects.
  • Deliver and design strategic initiatives, transformation agendas, and efficiency improvement projects that yield tangible results across the organization.
Strategic Insights:
  • Create comprehensive business cases and evaluate strategic options based on industry expertise, internal capabilities, financial analysis, and ROI evaluation.
  • Facilitate benchmarking against industry peers, prepare insightful analyses, and present findings regularly.
  • Develop environment scans, competitor insights, and customer reports, providing valuable intelligence to inform strategic decisions.
Strategy Communication:
  • Manage strategic communications from the CSO's office, interacting with stakeholders and ensuring seamless information exchange.
  • Stay abreast of industry developments and changes, assessing potential impacts on the organization.

  • Strong understanding of data management, collection, modeling, and interpretation across complex datasets.
  • Effective written and oral communication skills, including presentation abilities with attention to detail.
  • Ability to distill complex ideas into actionable plans and communicate them effectively.
Qualifications:
  • Full-time MBA (preferably from a reputable institution).
Experience:
  • Minimum 3 years of post-qualification experience.
