We are seeking a visionary leader to spearhead the design and delivery of strategic enterprise planning solutions.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in Oracle EPM Planning, with expertise in Capex, Opex, Workforce, Headcount, and Long-Range Strategic Planning.

Key responsibilities include defining and implementing driver-based models, calculation rules, and planning templates for forecasting and budgeting cycles, as well as partnering with finance leadership to align planning solutions with corporate reporting and scenario modeling requirements.

The successful candidate will also provide architectural oversight for EPBCS data flows, integrations, and hierarchies using Data Management and EDMCS, and ensure compliance with enterprise standards, governance models, and regulatory reporting requirements.

Mentorship and training will be provided to engineers and senior engineers, ensuring they adhere to engineering best practices and meet the high standards of the organization.

Requirements
  • 12-15 years of Oracle EPM/Hyperion experience with at least 7+ years in EPBCS/Planning Cloud.
  • Proven expertise in financial planning, budgeting, scenario modeling, allocations, and driver-based planning.
  • Strong experience in designing calculation rules, data forms, business rules, and Smart View templates.
  • Hands-on experience integrating EPBCS with ERP and EPM systems.
Nice-to-Have Skills
  • Oracle Certifications in Planning and Budgeting Cloud (EPBCS).
  • Exposure to narrative reporting, predictive planning, and rolling forecasts.
  • Experience with performance tuning of calculation rules and large planning applications.
