**Job Title:** Senior Infrastructure Strategist

As a seasoned IT professional, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the organization's infrastructure strategy, driving innovation and growth.

**Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement cutting-edge infrastructure strategies to drive business success.
  • Lead cross-functional teams in analyzing existing infrastructure effectiveness and efficiency, and develop strategies to improve or leverage these systems.
  • Negotiate technology purchases as approved by senior management.
  • Manage software licenses, hardware, and IT supplies inventory to ensure seamless operations.
  • Collaborate with senior management and peers on matters requiring alternative approaches.
  • Oversee outsourced teams for daily operations and activities, ensuring high-quality delivery.
  • Provide expert solutions to complex business problems, leveraging in-depth knowledge of organizational objectives.
  • Perform live disaster recovery activities and periodic DR drills to guarantee business continuity.
  • Possess working knowledge of servers, storage, databases, operating systems (Windows and Linux), and networks to drive innovation and efficiency.

**Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as B Tech, BE, MCA, or MBA.
  • A minimum of 15 years of experience in infrastructure management for both on-premise data centers and cloud infrastructures.
  • Proven expertise in program and project management, with a strong understanding of planning and executing infrastructure-related projects.
  • In-depth hands-on knowledge of infrastructure components, including servers, storage, databases, operating systems, and networks.
  • Strong understanding and exposure to cloud computing, with the ability to develop and implement cloud-based strategies.
