Job Title: Senior Employee Technology Support Analyst, Credit Operations

About the Role

We are seeking an experienced and skilled technology support analyst to join our team. As a senior employee in credit operations, you will be responsible for providing technical assistance to end-users and stakeholders.

Your primary duties will include:

  • Supporting a diverse range of products and services
  • Researching issues and providing timely resolutions
  • Communicating complex technical information effectively
  • Contributing to knowledge base development
  • Making software improvement recommendations
  • Tracking, evaluating, and determining resolution approaches
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • A bachelor's degree in computer science or related field
  • 3+ years of experience in application production L1 (Level 1) and L2 (Level 2) support
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
  • Excellent troubleshooting skills
  • Knowledge of Service Level Agreement management, Incident management, and Service request handling
Desirable Qualifications

The following qualifications would be advantageous:

  • Demonstrated domain knowledge in financial/investment data and/or analytics
  • Working knowledge of monitoring tools, such as Splunk and New Relic
