International Client Engagement Specialist

We are seeking a seasoned professional to join our global team as a Client Liaison. This role involves managing and maintaining a database of international clients, scheduling appointments and meetings, and coordinating with internal teams to support leadership in client-facing interactions.
Key Responsibilities:- Manage and maintain a comprehensive client database with updated contact information and engagement history.
- Schedule and confirm appointments, meetings, and industry visits for senior leaders during international trips.
- Act as the primary point of contact for international clients before and after meetings.
- Ensure seamless preparation of meeting materials, agendas, and presentations.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to support leadership in client engagements.
- Track and monitor client communications, follow-ups, and next steps.
- Provide post-visit reports summarizing client feedback, opportunities, and pending actions.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, or International Relations.
- 3–6 years of experience in client management, account management, or executive coordination.
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
- Strong communication skills (verbal, written, and presentation).
- Able to work effectively across different time zones and cultures.
- Ability to multitask and manage multiple client interactions simultaneously.
- Experience with CRM tools, scheduling platforms (Calendly, Outlook, Google Suite).
