Key Account Management Role

As a strategic business partner, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining strong relationships with key clients.

Job Description:

  • The successful candidate will have extensive experience in account management, with a proven track record of growing customer relationships and driving sales revenue.
  • They will be expected to work closely with cross-functional teams, including customer service and business development, to deliver seamless customer experiences.
  • This role requires the ability to communicate effectively with clients at all levels, from executive sponsors to operational stakeholders.
  • The ideal candidate will possess excellent negotiation and presentation skills, with the ability to build trust and rapport with key clients.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute comprehensive account strategies to drive revenue growth and customer satisfaction.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, ensuring timely and successful delivery of solutions.
  • Negotiate contracts and close agreements, working closely with internal stakeholders to ensure seamless execution.
  • Collaborate with other sales channels to identify and grow opportunities, driving overall business growth.
  • Forecast and track key account metrics, ensuring accurate reporting and data-driven decision making.

Requirements and Qualifications:

  • Proven experience as an Account Manager or relevant role, with a demonstrated ability to communicate, present, and influence key stakeholders.
  • Solid experience with CRM software (e.g. Salesforce) and MS Office, with a focus on delivering client-focused solutions.
  • Excellent listening, negotiation, and presentation abilities, with a strong verbal and written communication skillset.
