Identity and Access Management Specialist

We are seeking a seasoned Identity and Access Management (IAM) specialist to join our team. As an IAM specialist, you will play a crucial role in enhancing enterprise identity and access management capabilities while ensuring secure and seamless user access across platforms.
In this position, you will design, implement, and manage Single Sign-On (SSO) solutions across enterprise applications, configure and maintain Microsoft Entra ID integrations, and implement and support Ping Identity solutions including Ping Access and Ping Federate.
You will collaborate with stakeholders to ensure secure authentication and authorization processes, troubleshoot and resolve identity federation, authentication, and access issues, and provide technical expertise and knowledge transfer within the team.
To be successful in this role, you will need 8+ years of experience in IAM or related roles, strong hands-on expertise with SSO technologies and federation protocols (SAML, OIDC, OAuth), proficiency in Microsoft Entra ID (Azure AD), solid experience with Ping Access and Ping Federate for authentication/authorization, and understanding of identity lifecycle management, provisioning, and access governance.
A strong background in troubleshooting and problem-solving skills in enterprise IAM environments is also essential, as well as excellent communication and collaboration skills.
