Job Title: Identity and Access Management Specialist

 

About the Role

Your work profile involves building and nurturing positive working relationships with teams and clients to exceed client expectations. As an Identity and Access Management Specialist, you will be part of the development and configuration of solutions to meet client requirements.

  • You will be responsible for the development and implementation of identity lifecycle management processes using various platforms.
  • Collaborate with project stakeholders to gather and analyse business requirements.
  • Design and implement identity lifecycle management processes using Saviynt.
  • Develop custom connectors and integrations with third-party systems.
  • Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior developers.
  • Participate in project planning, estimation, and risk management activities.
  • Assist in the creation of technical documentation and training materials.

 

Required Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A minimum Bachelor's degree in computer science, Engineering, or a related field.
  • 2+ years of experience working in Identity-IGA Domain with a minimum of 2 years of experience in Saviynt Identity Platform.
  • A strong understanding of identity and access management principles.
  • Proficiency in programming languages such as Java, Python, or PowerShell.
  • Experience in working with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • The ability to work independently and as part of a team.
