Job Title: Enterprise Identity and Access Management Lead

About the Role:
This is a key leadership position responsible for overseeing the development and implementation of enterprise-wide identity and access management solutions. As a strategic thinker, you will play a critical role in shaping the organization's IAM strategy to ensure seamless access control and security.

Key Responsibilities:
* Develop and implement comprehensive IAM policies and procedures to meet business needs.
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and deploy secure access solutions across multiple environments (cloud, on-premises, etc.).
* Identify and mitigate IAM-related risks through proactive monitoring and continuous improvement initiatives.
* Foster a culture of cybersecurity awareness among employees and stakeholders, ensuring best practices are adopted throughout the organization.

Requirements:
* Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field; Master's degree preferred.
* At least 10 years of experience in IAM, with a minimum of 3 years in a leadership role.
* Proven track record of designing and implementing successful IAM projects, including hands-on experience with AWS IAM RBAC and ABAC, SAML, OIDC/OAuth, PKI, credential management, and relevant regulatory frameworks.
* Strong technical expertise in IAM technologies, including but not limited to Okta, Active Directory, Sailpoint, CyberArk, and AWS Identity.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with ability to influence cross-functional stakeholders and drive decision-making through data-driven insights.

Bonus Qualifications:
* Okta or Microsoft certifications in IAM.
* Experience working with large global organizations, high-complexity environments, and matrix teams.
* Ability to work independently in remote roles, with strong technical leadership skills and ability to mentor others.
