Job Title: Identity Access Manager

Are you looking for a challenging role that involves ensuring secure access to company systems and data? As an Identity Access Manager, you will play a critical part in our team's efforts to protect our organization's digital assets.

We are seeking a highly skilled professional with expertise in identity and access management concepts, such as single sign-on, role-based access control, and identity federation. Your experience with identity management tools, like CyberArk and OIM, is essential for this position.

The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of authentication protocols, including SAML and OAuth, and be familiar with networking concepts, such as firewalls and VPNs. Additionally, you should have hands-on experience with programming languages, like PowerShell, and Linux Scripting.

Your duties will include planning, implementing, and managing identity and access management initiatives, administering user accounts and permissions, and monitoring activity logs for security incidents. You will also work closely with the Regional IAM Team to ensure that all programs meet business needs and comply with relevant laws and regulations.

To succeed in this role, you must possess excellent problem-solving skills, be able to identify and resolve complex issues, and demonstrate strong communication and interpersonal skills. You should also be detail-oriented and able to accomplish multiple tasks simultaneously.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Plan, implement, and manage identity and access management initiatives
2. Administer user accounts, permissions, and access controls
3. Monitor activity logs to identify security incidents
4. Work with the Regional IAM Team to ensure compliance

Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in IT, Information Security, Computer Science, or a related field
3-4 years of industry experience, with at least 2 years of experience in defining and implementing Identity and Access Management strategies
In-depth knowledge of identity and access management concepts, such as SSO, Role-Based Access Control, and Identity Federation
Experience with identity management tools, like CyberArk and OIM
Candidates having experience integrating with multiple applications/connectors, like AD, Workday, HGS, etc.
Strong understanding of authentication protocols, like SAML, OAuth, and Kerberos
Familiarity with networking concepts, like firewalls, VPNs, and DNS
Experience with programming languages, like PowerShell, and Linux Scripting
Ability to troubleshoot technical issues related to identity and access management
Willingness to learn new technologies and keep up with industry trends
Knowledge of ISO27001 compliance will be a plus
