Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced individual to fill the role of State Head. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for leading and managing our sales efforts in various locations.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute digital strategies to drive growth and improve customer acquisition models.
  • Manage and grow Channel Sales business in allocated locations, partnering with development teams and management to achieve quarterly subscription and renewal targets.
  • Lead, develop, and retain diverse sales functions, embedding a culture of data-driven decision making and self-organizing teams.
  • Drive capability building plans with partners, ensuring timely trainings and optimizing value creation for the company.
