Renewable Energy Solutions Manager

- This role focuses on driving the development of sustainable energy solutions for data centers.
Key Responsibilities:
Strategy & Planning- Develop and implement power infrastructure policies and procedures to support environmental sustainability in powering data centers.
- Execute Power Purchase agreements on renewable sources, plan power availability, and ensure compliance with regulatory authorities.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive energy efficiency initiatives and optimize renewable energy usage.
- Provide technical expertise and guidance on renewable energy projects, ensuring adherence to industry standards and best practices.
- Oversee performance monitoring and analysis of renewable energy systems to maximize efficiency and reliability.
- Foster a culture of innovation, collaboration, and continuous improvement by providing leadership and mentorship to the team.
Qualifications:
- A Master's or Bachelor's degree in Energy or Environment is preferred. Relevant work experience and strong quantitative skills are also essential.
- Strong research background and understanding of the renewable energy sector, corporate PPA, and power sector are required.
- Experience in stakeholder engagement, preferably from the data center or large energy-intensive industry, is highly valued.
