Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Renewable Energy Legal Expert to join our team. This is an exciting opportunity for a legal professional with expertise in renewable energy projects, contract drafting, and regulatory compliance.

Main Responsibilities

  • Drafting, reviewing, and negotiating agreements related to renewable energy projects, including solar and wind power plants across India.

  • Representing the company in internal and external forums on regulatory updates and electricity laws, providing expert advice and guidance.

  • Managing title due diligence for establishing new renewable energy projects, ensuring seamless execution and minimizing risks.

  • Authenticating property title documents and keeping senior management informed of progress and key milestones.

  • Custodian of all legal and title documents, maintaining accurate records and ensuring secure storage.

Ideal Qualifications

  • Bachelor of Law with specialization in Power from a reputable institute, preferably with experience in renewable energy law.
  • At least 4 years of post-qualification experience, ideally in the renewable energy sector.
  • Detailed knowledge of renewable energy regulations, excellent interpersonal skills, and ability to work collaboratively as part of a team.
