Renewable Energy Bid Manager

This role involves the preparation of tender documents for renewable sectors. Prior background in tendering (Renewable/Wind/Solar) is preferred.
- The successful candidate will be responsible for end-to-end bid management, tendering for government clients and public sector undertakings (PSUs).
Key Responsibilities:
- Bid compliance: coordinating with central functions on bid documents, accounts, legal, finance, and procurement.
- Tender tracking: maintaining a database of tenders, downloading bids from government portals, and updating relevant MIS reports.
- Pre-qualification documents: preparing EOI, bids, and other required documents.
- Credentials maintenance: updating credentials on a regular basis, maintaining documentation and correspondence of business development activities.
- Tender MIS: preparing all necessary reports and updates.
Required Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, 3–5 years' experience in bid management, tendering, government tenders, PSUs, and renewable energy/wind/solar.
